Lena-Marie Schmidt advises advertising agencies, musicians, artists, authors and other creative professionals, as well as companies in the entertainment industry.
During her education, she specialised in media law issues and gained practical experience in this field. As a research assistant and during her legal clerkship, she worked for an international commercial law firm in the areas of advertising, competition and copyright law as well as press and publicity law. She also completed stations in a senate specialised in competition law at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court and at LICHTE.
Lena-Marie Schmidt studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and Lunds Universitet in Lund, Sweden. She received a doctorate at Christian Albrechts University in Kiel.
